Cancellation Policy:

Arrangements and Communication:

After initial contact, all arrangements must be made directly between the student and the instructor.

Booking and Payment:

All practical driving lessons and tests must be confirmed by booking and payment in advance.

Instructor Cancellations:

Instructors must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations unless there is an emergency.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in a refund according to the agreement between the instructor and the student.

Student Cancellations:

Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations unless there is an emergency.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in a loss of payment for the agreed hours.

Instructor Responsibilities:

Instructors are responsible for being fully trained, qualified, and punctual.

Instructors must provide high-quality services consistently.

Student Responsibilities:

Students must be prepared and ready for their lessons at the agreed time.

Promptness is essential to ensure the best use of the scheduled time.

Punctuality:

Instructors must arrive at the designated area promptly.

Students must not keep instructors waiting, as this will reduce the lesson time.

If an instructor is late, students have the right to reclaim their time.

Driving Test Car Hire:

A fee of £135 is required to hire a car for a driving test within an 8-mile radius of your home.

Additional charges will apply for tests booked before 10 am or if the distance exceeds 8 miles.

Vehicle Breakdown:

In the event of a mechanical breakdown on the day of the test, the instructor will not be liable for any costs as this may be unforeseen and outside of their control.

We ensure our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, but unforeseen breakdowns can occur.
